Abstract

In order to explore the degree of variation regularity of natural Pinus tabulaeformis populations in coniferous phenotypic traits, the researchers surveyed 20 traits indicators, including apparent morphological indicators, anatomy indicators and composite indicators. 20 indicators have coniferous long (NL), coniferous wide (NW), the thick coniferous (NT) the stoma line number (SRN), 2 mm the stomata online stomatal lines (SR2N), the number of resin ducts (RCN) , coniferous slice perimeter (NSP), the coniferous slice area (NSA), vascular tissue width (VBW), the thickness of the vascular tissue (VBT), the section perimeter vascular tissue (VBP), vascular organization-sectional area ( VBA), the coniferous volume (NV), coniferous surface area (NS), coniferous volume and surface area ratio (VSN), stomatal density (NSD), leaf shell volume ratio: leaf cross-sectional area / vascular tissue cross-sectional area (YQJB) Grease leaf ratio: the number of resin ducts / leaf shell volume ratio (ZYB), stomatal density and leaf shell plot ratio (QYB) and the number of resin ducts and stomatal density the ratio (ZQB). Conducted a statistical analysis of the data obtained. The results show that: Pinus tabulaeformis phenotypic traits of populations and the populations of memory in a rich variation among populations and within populations extremely significant differences in phenotypic differentiation coefficient between populations mean of 33.74%, less than the variation within the population . Coefficient of variation of 20 phenotypic traits between 7.71% to 26.86%, coniferous section perimeter, coniferous wide and thick coniferous, coniferous volume and surface area ratio and leaf shell plot than in the coefficient of variation between populations relative small number of resin ducts, the cross-sectional area of ??the vascular tissue, coniferous volume, the coniferous surface area, stomatal density and leaf shell volume ratio ratio, the ratio of the number of resin ducts and stomatal density, conifer stomatal density and fat leaves than four a the coniferous trait indicators in populations larger variation range. Most of the traits showing certain geographic variation patterns and thick coniferous, stomatal lines, the number of resin ducts, vascular tissue thickness, microstructure than the ratio of cross-sectional area, stomatal density and leaf shell plot, the number of resin ducts stomatal density ratio of coniferous stomatal density and leaf shell volume ratio and longitude was significant or very significant, the coniferous thick and vascular tissue thickness with latitude was significantly related to nature, conifer, 2mm stoma online stomatal number, and resin ducts The number of stomatal density and leaf shell volume ratio, the ratio of the volume ratio and altitude of the ratio of the number of resin ducts and stomatal density and leaf shell was a significant or very significant correlation. Most of the traits and reaction temperature the soft indicators Gerson Sharansky continent index (k) was significantly positively related. Mantel test analysis showed that the Pinus tabulaeformis trait variation and geographic distance almost no correlation (rM ≤ 0.14). Discriminant analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that the Pinus tabulaeformis 15 populations were divided as two categories, the edge of the populations and the population in the central differentiation occurred significantly.
