Abstract

With the social development, the improvement of living standards of the masses of people and health awareness, vegetables as food indispensable in people's daily life, the quality of course of concern. In recent years, China's exports of vegetables repeatedly due to excessive pesticide residues be returned, coupled with domestic consumption of vegetables poisoning incidents have occurred, vegetables quality and safety problems will gradually become the focus of the people, and thus the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables and chemical pesticides and degradation Research is also particularly important. In view of the previous organophosphorus pesticide residues in the study, the study sample over a single, representative not enough, and there is no systematic analysis of the sampling of the environment and, therefore, difficult to determine the uncertainty in the environment interference on the experimental results . This paper select a city the new major vegetable production areas for the research base, the maximum reduction of pesticide residues in the environment of the experiment interference, first target the growth of vegetables in soil, environmental water sampling and analysis; followed by people's daily lives the most common type of vegetables: leafy vegetables, tubers, fruits and the like as an experimental sample, after sampling the four objectives vegetables representative purification process and methamidophos, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos, methyl parathion, respectively, added to the target vegetables recovery experiments the feasibility of proof; then by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (This method can not only treat the measured pesticide qualitative as well as quantitatively, this stage of pesticide residues the best means of analysis), respectively, the recommended concentration of methamidophos, dimethoate, chlorpyrifos, methyl parathion on celery, lettuce, potatoes and tomatoes and Dynamic Degradation, experimental vegetable spray specific pesticide safety picking period; goal vegetables using different concentrations of the same pesticide safety when picking period specific changes in and target vegetables to increase the frequency of administration, specific safety picking period. The results of the research projects for the development of standards and safety of agricultural products interval of the provisions of the national safe use of pesticides to provide a reliable experimental data; vegetable quality supervision departments and the agricultural sector in the advice to farmers on how to produce low toxicity and residue pollution-free vegetables provide specific theoretical data, and has great practical significance.
