In recent years, with the natural ecological destruction and environmental pollution problems growing a variety of natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis and other emergencies as well as man-made fires, chemical gas leak occur frequently , a serious impact on our daily lives and the life property security , emergency management in order to reduce the loss of emergencies to people 's lives and property , by the Governments and the attention of scholars . Emergency system , emergency evacuation in emergencies is a very important aspect of the emergency management and evacuation to a safe area of the affected area , in the shortest possible time is the first thing to consider things in the disaster . Accompanied by things such as the rapid development of IT , the Internet of Things technology for emergency evacuation more efficient means of access to information , can greatly improve the efficiency of emergency management . In support of the National Natural Science Foundation project , optimize scheduling problems for emergency evacuation system . First , from the emergency evacuation of the theoretical and empirical research , the three aspects of the emergency evacuation model and algorithm ; Things technology application in the emergency evacuation of this article theoretical literature analysis and synthesis . Theoretical framework for analysis and for the present model vehicle routing problem with emergency evacuation and arc routing problem , this paper builds bicycles kinds establish the constraints of limited resources in the Internet of Things technology support , multi - demand , multi-period multiple sources and multiple sinks evacuation single-objective mixed integer programming model and the introduction of small-scale practical cases , the use of the ILOG CPLEX simulation software numerical simulation model and results analysis . Finally, for the evacuation of the characteristics of the model , as well as the demand for real - time solution to design specific genetic algorithm rules and improved , thereby overcoming ILOG CPLEX optimization simulation software can not be effective for solving large-scale problems limit by a numerical example and numerical experiments , as well as with simulation software for solving efficiency comparison , to prove the accuracy and effectiveness of the heuristic genetic algorithm .
