Abstract

In recent years, with the growing population and the rapid development of the society, the ecological balance deteriorating soil salinization have increased constantly, not only seriously affect the development of modern industry and agriculture, the Earth's resources and the ecological environment but also pose a serious threat, therefore, the comprehensive improvement of the use of salinization of land issues is imminent. Three years students Populus (Populus euphratica), Amorpha (Amorpha fruticosa L.), Mulberry (Morus alba), Tamarix (Tamarix chinensis Lour) as the object of study. Pot experiment by continuous salt salt stress tests on four species of Tamarix, Populus, dry mulberry fruit mulberry of salt stress on Populus the Amorpha, mulberry and Tamarix soil nutrients and soil activity, as well as the correlation between the two. The field experiment was planted in four species of Populus, Amorpha, mulberry, Tamarix ground collecting soil, soil samples for the control of bare land, soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content determination, to ascertain soil enzyme activity in different species and the correlation between soil nutrient content. The main conclusions are as follows: a pot experiment under the same conditions, salt stress reduction and inhibition of Tamarix fruit mulberry, dry mulberry and Populus four plant soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity. Decreased soil nutrient content and enzyme activity showed a decreasing trend with the increase in salt concentration, the salt concentration greater than 0.8% increase. Comprehensive comparative analysis of four species in soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity, the impact of small to large Tamarix, Populus, dry mulberry fruit mulberry. The pot experiment content of soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities prevalent significant correlation. Four species in soil enzyme activity in urine and soil organic matter, total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium better, phosphatase activity and soil total nitrogen, available phosphorus content is good, However, under conditions of continuous salt gradually weakened. 3, Daejeon four vegetation soil organic matter, total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and soil urease, alkaline phosphatase, neutral phosphatase, acid phosphatase enzyme activity were significantly high in the control template places. Comprehensive comparative analysis of four species in soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity, Populus and Tamarix saline-alkali stress capacity and soil enzyme activity better in mulberry and Amorpha. 4, correlation analysis showed that the correlation between Tamarix, Populus, Amorpha mulberry four vegetation, soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities are basically the same. Of six soil nutrient content with four soil enzyme activity showed a significant or highly significant correlation.
