Abstract


Objective: To understand the domestic and international drug safety monitoring system, to explore the new method of the monitoring and evaluation of the security of the traditional Chinese medicine. Purpose of the human body in clinical drug safety, reasonableness, to explore the direction of the development of database security monitoring, to make it better for the safety of Chinese medicine monitoring service; carry Hospital centralized monitoring, centralized monitoring methods through clinical research analysis hospital characteristics and the law. Methods: retrospective analysis of drug safety monitoring status quo, to retrieve the literature, a clear diversity of the domestic and international drug monitoring methods, choose the most suitable for our specialty medicine safety monitoring methods: database security monitoring and hospital clinical centralized monitoring method. 2, to design and create a perfect database of traditional Chinese medicine, according to the actual situation, make full use of the existing adverse drug reaction reporting data, to establish a query retrieval functions with traditional Chinese medicine specialty, storage, structured, and statistical analysis functions of the database system. Shenmai injection and specify different levels of hospital security analysis of clinical Chinese medicine in Sichuan within selected drug-related use of detailed records of the main methods for centralized monitoring of drug-induced, calculate the adverse drug reactions incidence and analysis of its causes, summarize and assess the drug's safety and reasonable. Results: After about a year and a half of development, the process of establishing the database has begun to take shape, medicine manual, case report data retrieval capabilities and security intelligence analysis function, the basic realization of the desired effect. Shenmai injection hospital centralized monitoring, the main problem in clinical performance symptomatic medication, super-instructions indications and drug concentration; intravenous medication drip rate exceeds the speed of normal medication; plethora of different types of concomitant medications, especially with other traditional Chinese in many cases associated with injections. Conclusion: the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions database, contribute to a better storage and analysis of medical record information, improve drug safety monitoring system, to meet the user's learning, communication, information inquiry and research needs, functional design complete with traditional Chinese traditional Chinese characteristics, to promote the development of information technology, modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Limited level, intelligent analysis of the database function remains to be improved, and efforts in this regard will be made in the future. Hospital centralized monitoring methods can provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of the clinical safety of Chinese medicine, and clinical data collected detailed data are accurate, true and adverse reactions the law of the traditional Chinese medicine injections summarized. However, because of the time and the hospital are selected, there are some limitations.
