Abstract

Caries by enamel demineralization formed common disease , eventually leading to cavities . Dental caries early treatment to avoid the traditional dental surgery , to minimize the damage to the tooth structure . Remineralization an important approach for the treatment of superficial caries and therefore study under physiological conditions enamel remineralization significance . The study using in vitro enamel shallow caries model, through the surface modification technology in the the model surface modification - SO3- active group in the simulated body fluid (SBF) and artificial saliva situ enamel biomimetic remineralization study reactive groups bionic liquid type and F- remineralization crystal composition and morphology . Characterized by means of infrared (FT-IR) and contact angle characterization modification effect , using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and spectroscopy (EDS) the remineralization crystal phase and composition , SEM combined with TEM characterization of remineralization crystal -shaped appearance. The results show that : (1) - SO3- reactive groups can be effective in promoting the enamel remineralization , especially in a high calcium and phosphorus concentration in the artificial saliva and 1.5SBF ; (2) F- significantly increase remineralization hydroxy the degree of crystallization of the apatite (HAP) , to promote the formation of fluorine hydroxyapatite (FHA) ; (3) in the artificial saliva of different pH , the composition and morphology of the remineralization of HAP affected by pH , in the low pH , the formation and similar natural enamel a hexagonal rod HAP crystal . The above study for the regeneration of the shallow caries repair the foundation.
