The purpose of treatment of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions of the cases were followed up by internal and endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) , to evaluate the therapeutic effect . January 2007 - December 2009 admitted to the Fujian Provincial Hospital Digestive Endoscopy Center of 50 patients with early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions of cases of endoscopic mucosal resection , observe its efficacy and complications . The results of all 50 patients with lesions excised successfully . Blood loss in 4 cases, endoscopic hemostasis, bleeding rate of 8 % , no perforation complications . All patients were included in the endoscopic follow-up plan , the follow-up period of up to three years , minimum of 6 months . Follow-up results , two cases of pathological shows squamous cell carcinoma of the Class II , see cutting edge cancer cell infiltration and additional surgical treatment , 2 cases of esophageal stenosis , 5 cases of recurrence and residual recurrence residual rate of 10% . Conclusion EMR treatment of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions is safe and effective .
