In this paper, the past 10 years, the First Hospital of Jilin University, Department of Neurology, diagnosis of stroke ( cerebral infarction , cerebral hemorrhage ) hospital deaths and the general characteristics , manner of death , death related risk factors such as statistics, history of retrospective analysis method , cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage deaths were compared , to understand a variety of risk factors for stroke, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage role in the level of relevance for clinical work in different types of stroke patients , correct judgment and assessment of the patient's condition prognosis and reduce the mortality and morbidity of patients with stroke to provide a reference . Since January 1, 2001 December 31, 2010 JCP 10 years , neurology hospital deaths were 1,273 cases , which can be recorded stroke hospitalizations were 1,041 cases of deaths , accounting for 81.85% , 512 cases of cerebral infarction , cerebral 506 cases of hemorrhage , subarachnoid hemorrhage in 23 cases, male 669 cases , female 372 cases . Application SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis , continuous variables normally distributed with mean ± standard deviation, the two groups were compared using t-test ; non- normal distribution using the median ( interquartile range ) , said two the groups were compared using nonparametric tests ; the count data rate of the two groups compared with the x2 test . The results showed that : Stroke patients who died to males , females age at death of stroke than men , and the 60 -year-old cerebral hemorrhage mortality rate slightly higher than the previous infarction, and stroke mortality over 60 years than cerebral hemorrhage ; 3 days is stroke deaths peak period ; cerebral hemorrhage death and preexisting hypertension have a significant correlation , while cerebral death and preexisting hypertension , diabetes, coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation were significantly correlated ; vertebrobasilar system thrombosis and cerebral hemisphere hemorrhage died as a high percentage ; infarction patients who died during hospitalization was significantly higher than the incidence of complications in patients with cerebral hemorrhage died .
