Abstract

Purpose by comparing non-valvular atrial fibrillation with cerebral infarction and intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis of cerebral infarction imaging classification , clinical features and the various types and D-dimer ( D- dimer ) , plasma brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) , cardiac shoot the ejection fraction (EF ) were compared to explore both common pathogenesis may . Methods A retrospective analysis method , the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University hospital diagnosed 112 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction and 100 patients with intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis of cerebral infarction imaging classification and pairwise comparison of various types history ( history of hypertension , history of diabetes , history of stroke ) , the incidence of state laboratory tests , including total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , low density lipoprotein ( LDL -C ) , D - dimer (D-dimer), fibrinogen (Fib ) , homocysteine ??(Hcy) , high-sensitivity C -reactive protein ( hs - CRP) , plasma brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) , cardiac ejection fraction (EF value ) . The results of this study, the non - valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction and intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis of cerebral infarction in the trunk type more common in the imaging classification . Two groups in gender, age , history of hypertension , history of diabetes , history of stroke , the incidence of status , TC , TG , LDL- C , Fib , HCY , hs- CRP , BNP , the EF value no significant difference (P gt ; 0.05). The two groups of the backbone of patients with type D-dimer levels were higher than other type ( P lt ; 0.05) watershed type , the cortex type D-dimer level higher than the perforating branches of type ( P lt ; 0.05) , D- watershed cortex the dimer level no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) , two sets of massive cerebral infarction patients were higher than those of D-dimer small area of ??infarction (P lt; 0.05), two groups of trunk cerebral infarction compared , D- dimer levels were not significantly different ( P gt; 0.05 ) , compared to the two sets of massive cerebral infarction , D-dimer levels had no significant sex difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . Two sets of each type comparison of BNP, EF value was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) higher than the non - valvular atrial fibrillation group BNP intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis group EF value below intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis group ( P lt ; 0.05 ). The conclusion of non - valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction and intracranial vascular stenosis of cerebral infarction may be a common hemodynamic pathogenesis .
