Nitrosamine compounds are a new class of drinking water disinfection byproducts, because of its strong carcinogenicity, and in recent years has become a hot topic in the drinking water disinfection byproducts. In this thesis, in commenting on the concentration levels of nitrosamines in drinking water disinfection byproducts 9 nitrosamines in drinking water disinfection by-product formation process and influencing factors on the basis of the analysis methods and formation mechanism trying to provide some theoretical basis for further control and to eliminate nitrosamines in drinking water disinfection by-products, the protection of human health. The paper made some valuable findings: (1) the development of a both efficient enrichment of nine kinds of nitrosamine compounds in drinking water tandem solid phase extraction method, the recovery rate of 83.6% -99.8%; while establishing a high sensitivity LC / MS / MS detection method, the detection limit of 0.03 to 2.5 ng / L, and improve the level of analysis of nine kinds of nitrosamine compounds in drinking water. (2) found that nine kinds of secondary amine by the Chloramine reaction can form nitrosamines disinfection byproducts, conversion rate of 0.18% -2.3%; initial diphenylamine concentration chloramine concentration, pH, etc. conditions there is a certain of nine nitrosamines DBPs formation, and the impact of the different compounds vary; pH ??is the key factor to affect nitrosamine disinfection byproducts formed Nitrosodiphenylamine conversion rate increases with the pH of a significant increase, from pH5 when 0.2% pH9 when to increase to 73.5%, and nitrosodimethylamine conversion rate is substantially constant with the increase in pH, the conversion rate of 1.1-2.6%. (3) the process of formation of new disinfection byproducts phenazine proven influencing factors and their cytotoxicity. The nitrosodiphenylamine formation process will produce another new disinfection byproducts - phenazine, its molar yield is greater than nitrosodiphenylamine; the influence of pH of phenazine and nitrosodiphenylamine formed. different, with the increase of the pH, the nitrosodiphenylamine molar yield is gradually increasing, and phenazine molar yield of the lead is increased after reduction, pH6 reached maximum; phenazine human bladder cancer T24 (IC50 0.50 mmol / L) and human liver cancer cells HepG2 (IC50 of 2.04 mmol / L) were cytotoxic, nitrosodiphenylamine, slightly lower than the IC50 value (0.16 mmol / L, and 0.27mmol / L,), but due to Under certain conditions, the molar yield of phenazine nitrosodiphenylamine were higher than that drinking phenazine might adversely affect the human body.
