Abstract


For reeducation through labor in a word, this complicated question, this article first introduces some basic concepts of the reeducation through labor system and the history of the development process, and the views about the nature of the reeducation through labor dispute theory of induction, analysis and comparison, put forward the reeducation through labor alienation emerged in the operation of nature is unknown because of practice, the future of the system of reeducation through labor is not appropriate to the road of judicialization, nature of reeducation through labor after refactoring may be defined as detachment from the criminal punishment and administrative penalty of a compulsory education and correcting measures. In fully cited the current reeducation through labor system in the legislative limitation and shortcomings existing in the operation of the system, this paper put forward the principle of the reform of the system of reeducation through labor, then took out a targeted solution hope through government by law way to reconstruct the system of reeducation through labor.
