Abstract


The judge as a judicial officer, shoulder the mission of realizing the social fairness and justice. The quality of the judge determines a country's judicial level, to strengthen the construction of judge team is national rise and fall success or failure of a relationship difficult and complex historical task. On strengthening the construction of judge team around the world generally adopt professional development path, practice shows that the judge professionalism construction is a basic way of improving the quality of the judge, judge professionalism construction conforms to China's national conditions. The author USES historical analysis and dialectical analysis to analyze current situation of the judge in our country, find out the existing shortcomings of judge team in our country, using the dialectics of absorbing the successful experience of foreign court, combined with the actual situation of our judge team, puts forward an effective path of judge professionalism construction in our country, from the selection of judges, the court's education and training of the personnel management, the judge, the judge's job security and supervision and so on five aspects to explore the judge judge professionalism construction efficient path.
