Abstract


Combating corruption is the key to upholding the Party construction in new era,an important and urgent task for the current Party construction,which plays a leading role in all aspects in strengthening the construction of the Party.With the rapid development of information technology,due to its fast,easy,cheap and effective features,the internet highlights their incompaiable advantages compared with traditional media.Network is an anti-corruption tool commonly used by citizens and executives, also a combination of two forces together in fighting against corruption. Additionally,the Party and government attach great importance to network anti-corruption,thus promoting the historical process of network anti-corruption.The key to strengthening the network anti-corruption is how to research and explore from the combination of theory and practice,as well as the ethics perspective of network anti-corruption ,which is of great significance anti-corruption. This paper is divided into four parts:The Chapter One is an introduction,which deals with the background of the paper,a brief on the research status of the review,pointing out the methods and innovations.Chapter Two outlines the ethical definition of network anti-corruption.Network anticorruption is a new mode,the development course of which shows that it is playing an important role on the way to anticorruption ,and has become an indispensable force for social supervision .The characteristics of Internet also reprents that it provides an efficient and convenient information exchange platform for the public ,opening up a vast space for public supervision.Chapter Three carries out elaboration respectively from the aspects of the legitimacy and misconduct of network anticorruption .Network,its legitimacy both as a tool and the value, reflectes the positive role in the network anti-corruption in combating corruption .As for misconduct from the network anti-corruption,rational treatment is needed to avoid weaknesses of the form.Network anti-corruption gives new meaning to combat corruption,indicating a fundamental way of network anticorruption.Chapter Four discusses the basic approaches to strengthening the party’s anti-corruption and clean government under the guidance of network anti-corruption, elaborating two kinds of ethical provisions for network anti-corruption,such as legal provision and ethical provision ,which are complementary to each other .Network anticorruption can not be separated from Three Fundamental Principles:the Principle of Impartiality and the Principle of Respect for the personality.Finally,from an ethical point of view ,the fundamental measures to stengthening network anticorruption is clarified.
