In recent years, the reflective teaching to become one of the hot issues of the education research at home and abroad, but also with the theoretical value and practical meaning of education reform practice important issue. China is currently undergoing a new round of basic education curriculum reform, the quality of teacher professional development has been a huge challenge, especially our economy is undergoing profound social change, international cooperation and competition is becoming increasingly fierce, changing times require new the spirit of the age and educational philosophy, English teachers constantly improve their own quality in order to enhance the quality of their own specialization in the new education reform. For a long time, the rural areas of English teaching situation is not satisfactory. China's rural secondary school English teachers as a whole, there is relatively low education levels, the age of the uneven distribution of the structural imbalance of disciplines many structural problems. As an important part of the the English basic education curriculum reform, teaching English disciplines is the rural teaching has always been a weak link. As English teachers in rural areas in which a relatively closed culture environment, the professional development of teachers seem particularly important, teaching reflection is forceful measures to promote the professional development of English teachers, so research reflective teaching rural middle school English teachers The current situation is particularly urgent. The first chapter introduces the thesis background of the times, the value and significance of the study. The second chapter reviews the research status and its theoretical basis, including the definition of reflective teaching, structure, content, etc., as well as domestic and foreign reflective teaching and reflective teaching English teachers. The third chapter describes the selection of the object of study and research methods, mainly using documentary research, questionnaire and interview survey interviews English teachers in the counties within the different levels of economic development of the township, which found that rural high school English teachers The reflective teaching main problem. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the survey results, mainly teachers, reflective teaching situation and factors that affect the reflective teaching analysis.
