Abstract


Voice learning has a leading role in the process of learning English , but the voice teaching has been neglected element in teaching English ( Derwing , 2005 ; Mirza, JS 1987) . The study found that Chinese students, especially from some dialect areas learners , English pronunciation of the problem is quite serious . In this study, 30 from Shanxi , North University of Yuncheng nationals of non- English major freshmen voice test , found peacetime use the dialect more students English voice problems . The results show that in this dialect of English Segmental Phonetic level students in addition to the common mistake made by most of the students in China , there are some special pronunciation errors, such as the mouth opening too large or too small , the bias of the nasal , the added edge consonants , semi- vowels misreading . In contrast Mandarin and Yuncheng dialect based on the author can determine most of the errors generated by dialect affect pronunciation . This study as a guide to phonetics and migration theory , comparative analysis and error analysis method , dialect pronunciation of English Phonetics migration in the level of sound segments . Through questionnaires , recordings and semi-structured interview analyzed the learner voice error the root cause and the main problem , and to find its voice learning difficulties and their basic law , and has targeted corrective tone measures to carry out corrective tone training . Mimic the native speaker pronunciation through voice learning system , the smallest of the two-month intensive training in the three-dimensional exercises, recording feedback again after voice test learners' pronunciation problem has been significantly improved . The corrective tone only arranged for more than 10 hours of classroom instruction , the corrective tone time the effect will be more significant . This shows , according to the student 's pronunciation of the dialect area characteristics to develop targeted prominent voice teaching effectiveness and significance . The study is also located in the area of other dialects teachers provide reference and error correct pronunciation of the dialect area students to improve the situation of the learner 's voice , to the purpose of teaching to improve voice quality . In this study, only the the Segmental Phonemes level data collection and analysis the suprasegmental phonemes level studies have to be done , in order to make this study more systematically and more complete , .
