Abstract


Since mankind has entered the space age , space scientists have been trying to scientific analysis and research on the the space environmental risk potential of human space activities . Since the 1960s , the number of satellites and rockets launched into outer space is amazing . Scientists are particularly concerned about is based on scientific research for the purpose of objects launched into outer space will cause radioactive pollution , ecological pollution and chemical pollution in outer space . Outer Space Environmental Protection also will become a hot issue for the international community . Promised because outer space activities benefit of outer space as a result of a variety that is in or potential pollution gradually attracted the attention of the international community and individual countries . Protection of the environment of outer space is the common responsibility of mankind , our as major aviation big country , more should play an active role to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the space career . This paper aims through the definition of outer space and thus proposed in recent years in the progressive development of outer space activities , commercial activities such as outer space , scientific research activities in outer space , as well as the military activities in outer space outer space environment kinds of pollution, and the seriousness of the problem of the space environment . Space debris is currently the main aspects of the pollution of outer space , outer space, nuclear contamination and chemical pollution problems because of its potential dangers can not be taken lightly , and biological contamination of outer space also does not cause serious harm , but to space debris as the main pollution the form of the outer space environmental issues caused by the extensive attention of academia . Address these environmental problems , the paper summarizes the legal framework for environmental protection of outer space and its problems , and proposed the idea to improve the environmental protection regime in outer space . The last part of this article described China as a space power , at this stage, not yet introduced a specification of the space activities of the laws, regulations and policies for growing space industry is relatively lag . In order to promote the further development of China's aerospace industry , China should accelerate the space legislation . Learn from excellent systems and practices in other countries , to accelerate the pace of China 's space legislation to establish the image of the responsibility of the space powers .
