Abstract


Judge identity protection system first established in 1701 Britain's \Subsequently, the civil law countries have followed common law countries , are also built according to its own characteristics judge identity protection system. In our country, in 1995 , \In 1999 , China's Supreme People's Court issued the \Judge identity security reform which the content has aroused extensive attention. Therefore, this security system to judge the theme of identity in order to learn from foreign-related legislation in order to practice this system in our main line of reform , a comprehensive analysis of the security reforms as judge status and predicament , and on this basis proposed some suggestions. Articles were used comparative methods, theory with practice , and cited examples of data and methods to conduct research . Full text of the structure is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is on China's security system reform as judge Theoretical Analysis : distinguish studies abroad , redefined identity of judges content protection system ; analysis of China's capacity as a judge of the necessity of security reform . Chapter II to the fourth chapter of Judges as content protection system criteria for the classification into protection of judges, the judges and the Judges Remuneration protection safeguards . This is basically the same as the internal structure of chapters are based on foreign legislation as a reference, the reform of three years from the Court and local courts in practice outline reform measures that the standpoint of both theory and practice , demonstration of judges, security, safeguard judicial salaries and judges judges identity security as our need for content protection system , while revealing identity of judges security reform dilemma. Finally in the fifth chapter, summarize the above, the proposed stage of China's security system reform as judge bottleneck - an administrative judge of , and on this basis put forward proposals for reform.
