Abstract


Corruption as a national public official use his position to facilitate the implementation of a Menthods type of crime is a serious social corruption , and its essence is caused due to the expansion of the power desires of alienation, out of control. Evidence of the problem is corruption cases throughout the litigation activities of the foundation and the core. In each of the cases of corruption during the proceedings , without evidence , to make the correct handling of the case , we are required to rely on the use of evidence to resolve to make the right judgments. The first part is an overview of evidence of a crime of corruption , introduced the concept of corruption offenses , characteristics and development trend of our country , as well as evidence of a crime of corruption concept, characteristics and classification ; second part is about the corruption of foreign criminal evidence theory and practice, respectively, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore and New Zealand evidence of a crime of corruption in four countries studied , in order to evidence of a crime of corruption in our country studies have reference ; the third part is the analysis of the problems of corruption and criminal evidence , namely the collection of evidence from the crime of corruption stage , the review stage and use stage analysis pointed out the existing problems ; fourth part is the third part of the deep-seated cause analysis, respectively, from the three stages of the reasons for the problems pointed out ; fifth part is to build our country corruption offenses Conception of the System of evidence for the use of different stages of the relevant rules of evidence presented .
