Abstract


Commercial banks are a special kind of business entity , which the financial assets and liabilities as a business object to provide deposits, loans and foreign exchange as its core business. Commercial banks keep a lot of social wealth, take great risks. Historical experience shows that risk concentration is caused by a banking crisis is one important reason : When the bank's business is concentrated in a particular industry or region , once the emergence of these industries or regions have an important influence emergencies, commercial banks could face a huge loss. Due to historical reasons such as the impact of China's commercial banks high degree of concentration risk , prudent operation for the protection of commercial banks , commercial banks, concentration risk prevention should regulate commercial bank concentration risk information disclosure system , prompting commercial banks to improve their risk management levels and to protect the legitimate interests of investors and maintain financial security and social stability . For this reason, this paper studied Chinese commercial bank concentration risk legislation and 14 A-share market listed commercial bank concentration risk information disclosure empirical analysis of information on the concentration of China's commercial banks to analyze risk information disclosure system , and on how China's commercial banks to further improve concentration risk information disclosure system put forward their views. This section includes the following five main parts: The first part introduces the commercial banking concept of concentration risk , concentration risk characteristics and relevant information disclosure system theory ; second part of commercial bank concentration risk status , and research has led to China's commercial Bank Concentration risk is high because of macro and micro reasons ; third part of the study of commercial bank concentration risk disclosures legal system , analysis of the commercial bank concentration risk information disclosure legal system defects and deficiencies ; fourth part in 2009 China 's A -share market 14 listed commercial banks disclose material as the sample concentration for China's commercial banks risk information disclosure for empirical investigation , and through the comparative statistics , analyzes 14 listed banks in the concentration risk disclosure forms and degrees of problems in ; Finally , the fifth part in the legal analysis and empirical analysis based on how to further improve our commercial bank concentration risk information disclosure system put forward their views.
