Abstract


With the development of the multilateral trade under the WTO framework , tariff levels are declining , countries increasingly attach importance to the anti-dumping measures , including the use of trade remedy measures . However , at the same time continue to strengthen and improve the anti-dumping legislation and practice , we see some of the import and export of products to circumvent the anti-dumping measures are also more diverse , is also becoming more sophisticated means . This greatly reduces the anti-dumping ruling on unfair trade practices should have a corrective effect , and thus will continue to harm the interests of the industry of the importing country .
