Abstract


As process of global economic integration accelerate, international trade increasingly frequent.Maritime transport as one of the most important means of international trade is more and more attention by various countries.With increasing maritime trade maritime disputes are more and more, including the disputes about Marine insurance accident are more outstanding. In order to coordinate and balance the relevant rights and obligations of the parties, countries began to attach importance to the improvement of marine insurance legislation,how to improve the principle of insurable interest which is the focus of legislative norms.Therefore, I choose the principle of marine insurance interests of the arguments in this paper as my topic.In this paper, the main responsibility of the insurance benefits, an integrated, comparative analysis, and strive to the principle of insurable interest on the full range of maritime, multi-angle discussion.This paper consists of eight parts, the first of six parts, respectively, from a historical perspective, practical point of view, the legal nature of the perspective point of view of other aspects of the principle of insurable interest exists in the system of marine insurance and marine insurance interests of the inevitability of the principle of the development of the status.Finally, through the foregoing, put forward the current us how to treat insurance benefits principles of application in maritime disputes.This paper is just the author of shallow understanding principle of insurable interest,hope that through this article on Chinese marine insurance principle of insurable interest on the one hand to provide some reference. This is the author hopes its role in this paper.
