Abstract


Asset liability management theory and method of western commercial Banks is gradually formed and developed during the operating process, is a set of more scientific and perfect management theory and management methods. In recent years, Chinese commercial Banks experienced a golden period of development, but at the same time, China's banking industry is facing unprecedented challenges, a series of factors force the connotation of the commercial bank asset liability management constantly enriched and deepened. This article from the commercial bank asset liability management of the basic connotation, theoretical deduction and historical evolution, this paper introduces main management of assets and liabilities management methods and the development practice at home and abroad. Me analyzed in Harbin bank operating situation, on the basis of the Harbin bank assets and liabilities management analyzes the management status quo of safety, liquidity, profitability, and points out that in Harbin bank asset-liability management index system set up and the problems of the operation mechanism and management, and design new for Harbin bank asset-liability management index system, and put forward improve the asset-liability management governance structure, perfect the asset liability management policy process, construction of assets and liabilities management system, the introduction of advanced management methods, through multiple channels to introduce capital, strengthen the branch of the assets and liabilities management such as strengthening Harbin bank assets and liabilities management related countermeasure.
