Abstract


Sentences alternative measures is a the substitution penalties apply for breaching the Criminal Code should be subject to the penalty punishment of perpetrators disciplinary measures general term . Since the beginning of the twentieth century , juvenile delinquency is rapidly evolving to become a worldwide problem , caused widespread concern of the countries in the world . The rapid growth of juvenile delinquency began to emerge from the late 1970s , the number of juvenile delinquency and juvenile delinquency in this century to the total criminal cases the ratio has been on the rise , and presents a younger age , violence , gang trends , have a serious impact on China 's social order .
