Abstract


The concept of pure economic loss , jurisprudence and judicial practice seems to be a very abstract and vague theories , with the development of China's market economy , pure economic loss , the issue of compensation has been an increasing number . China 's current law , deal with the problem of pure economic loss , there is the obvious flaws and shortcomings , making it impossible to better adapt to social and economic development , and the type of pure economic loss With the continuous development of modern society, economy , showing gradual growth the trend , if completely no compensation for pure economic loss , for compensation for rights holders , is not reasonable . And , from the point of view of infringing the interests of an increasingly complex social relations , leading to economic relations between people in social life is closely intertwined decided purely economic damages in certain social relations necessary compensation for pure economic loss , therefore, is necessary in a certain sense , is justified .
