Abstract


With the deepening of reform and the development of economy, the urbanization tide also emerges quietly. The progressof urbanization in ethnic-minority autonomous regions speeds up further.On the other hand, the tide also brings new problems and new things for the development of the system. And also, under the influence by this trend, the system already can’t cover all contents, some terms among them seem to be out of the right time and need to be improved.To withdraw aimak to build the city do influence to minority,and tradional culture, characteristics of minority.
