Abstract


Development has been countries listed in the human rights law research topic, but in overall terms, the vast majority from the state has not explicitly load "development" this concept, development is still serious human rights field differences and opposing a focal point. This article, from the angle of human rights law of development in the basic theory expounded, mainly including the right to development in international law on the main contents and realize the basic idea, development in China, this paper is to explore established itself in legal practice existing in reality and how to perfect the problem, to perfect our country’s legal system has important significance to development.
