Abstract


The law change is one of the performance of the legislative activity . In today 's rapid economic development , social relations are constantly changing. Law to adapt to changes in society, to play its due role of regulation and protection , it must make appropriate adjustments , this adjustment is often achieved through legal changes . In recent years , the number of Chinese legal modifications significantly increased , however , the lack of specification of the legislature of the legal changes and academia do not attach importance to the theoretical study of the law amending the law , are directly or indirectly caused by unnatural phenomena modify the law in the legislative practice is widespread . This shows that our legal changes belongs to the weaknesses in the legislation .
