Abstract


Of household registration system established in 1958 has increasingly become a hot social development , critical voices heard. With the further development of the socialist market economy , the household registration system in play to control population movements , reducing over-urbanization phenomenon , such as the role of maintaining social stability , but also increasingly highlighted some problems. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the advent of globalization , with a planned economy to adapt to the household registration system management has been faced with the challenge of voices from all sides . In particular, in recent years, the population requires the free flow of optimal allocation of resources need to market , citizens fairness, equality consciousness , etc. , making the household registration system reform is imminent. But the mere criticism on the household registration system can not fundamentally solve the problem. Current household registration system has its own rationality , but the face of torture and other social justice ; abolition of the household registration system to seek new population management system may encounter new problems. This paper thus start using literature research , comparative study , interdisciplinary research, social surveys and other methods , first of all, summed up China's current development status of the household registration system as well as some of the country's population and the management did a brief comparison ; secondly , the abolition of the household registration system dilemma , focusing on the reasonableness of the household registration system retained and encountered three problems ; once again discusses the rationality abolish the household registration system and the abolition of the population management reform path ; finally, introducing the concept of the system group is no longer the path to reform research focused on specific reform measures discussed , but rather that the household registration system reform and other relevant conditions are closely related , and make some now do household registration system reform preparatory work. This research will not only enrich the current household registration system of the relevant theories , and the use of multidisciplinary research approach , a more objective analysis of the household registration system, rationality and irrationality , contribute to the household registration system reform have a more comprehensive understanding, and reform of the actual work has played a certain role .
