Abstract


With the continuous progress of China 's socio-economic , political , and cultural aspects of the problem of corruption intensified. Therefore, effective prevention and control of public officials , especially in the civil service corruption is imperative. Is also due to this , the Chinese and foreign are also many research scholars from a variety of perspectives on corruption and trying to find an effective governance of the road of corruption . This article is also based on this purpose , the corruption of the Chinese civil servants . In this paper, the content analysis method of systematic sampling from the decade before 2010 , 202 civil servants corruption case statistical analysis, form 14 analytical dimensions were obtained on the main body where the organs of our civil service corruption , types of corruption , job level , education level, age , normal income , corrupt motives , is expected to investigate and deal with probability , the amount of money involved , the penalty , the main form of corruption , is being investigated reasons , investigate and deal with the characteristics of the lag time and office areas . As a basis for analysis from individual bounded rationality , external legal environment and system design as well as social and cultural aspects of the analysis of the reasons for the corruption of our civil servants . Finally , from the strengthening of anti-corruption and legal system , optimize power supervision system and related system design , and strengthen the anti-corruption education in three aspects of the civil service and public policy recommendations.
