Abstract


From our country socialist democracy, and market economy construction and anti-corruption needs to see, realize benign governance a basic premise is starting from the government itself, building perfect cover the whole society, effective and the accountability system. This paper mainly based on governance theory perspective, with multiple governance subject accountability for research object. For governance theory and respectively the accountability system, with the focus on the theoretical interpretation between examined the correlation points level; Then in accountability for a brief review of the history evolution:From the perspective of governance multi-agent accountability problem launched mining and explore;The problems have been found in China based on the government, market organization, social organization three accountability issues of overall sex. and at the same time, the cause analysis should base on the national conditions present situation, proposed the western developed countries government experience, with China’s governance value orientation, from political power operation, system construction of practical difficulties as the basis, thought reality needs for the goal of providing theoretical guidance, the paper puts forward the management perspective of constructing perfect pluralistic governance subject accountability measures for further constructing Chinese characteristics, multiple governance subject accountability system provides theoretical protection.
