Abstract


With the development of globalization and information science & technology, the international trade is more and more important to the economy of each country, which shows the percentage is going up. After China became a member of WTO in 2001, the Sino-US economy is closer than before. On the one hand, the trade volume between the two countries is increasing; one the other hand, trade conflict and friction are worsen.The thesis is to research the Sino-US trade fraction from 2001 to 2010. The reason why choosing year 2001 at the start point is that China became a member of WTO at this year, and it is the milestone of history of Chinese international trade. After China became a member of WTO, the Sino-US trade would be regulated by the law of WTO.The thesis is to discuss the changes and development of Sino-US trade friction under the framework of WTO. The forms of Sino-US trade friction:anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, special safeguard measures and "337" investigation; the reasons of trade friction, ect. In the thesis, I arrange the data of Sino-US trade, cases of trade friction and final adjudication; analysis the basic conditions and reasons of trade friction through describing data and facts; Lastly, advices and suggestions are given, which are from the politics level of US and economy level of China. Chinese economy advices and suggestions are divided into government level, industry level and enterprise level.
