Objective: To investigate the impact of the movement and folic acid on hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) rats on plasma lipid levels, antioxidant capacity, movement combined with folic acid to make a study of the impact of HHcy rats, in order to prevent the development of AS experiment basis. Methods: 60 male SD rats were randomly rats were divided into six groups, including the normal diet control group (C), diet and exercise group (CT), the the methionine diet control group (M), methionine diet and exercise group (MT) The, methionine diet folic acid group (MF), methionine dietary folate exercise group (MTF), n = 10. C and CT groups of rats fed a normal diet the methionine group's feed made by the proportion of 3% for L-methionine. CT, MT, MTF group of eight weeks of non-weight-bearing swimming. First days movement 10min, after a day increments to the second weekend to 90min and maintain. MF and MTF group 20μg/kg daily folic acid orally. Plasma Hcy, serum TG, TC, HDL, LDL, ApoA, ApoB, folic acid, plasma and liver SOD, MDA, GSH content was measured after slaughter. All of the data processed in SPSS 13.0, calculate the mean (X) and standard deviation (SD), the groups were compared using one-way ANOVA. Results: (1) M and C compare Hcy, TG, TC, LDL, apoB concentration increased, the TG / HDL, TC / HDL, ApoB / ApoA, ApoB / HDL, LDL / HDL ratio, and an increase in plasma and liver MDA, liver SOD, GSH reduced; ② MT M Hcy, TG, LDL concentration, reduce the decline in the five blood lipid ratio, the increase in plasma and liver SOD, MDA reduce; ③ MF M, Hcy, LDL, ApoB concentration decreases HDL the ApoA concentration increased five lipid ratios decreased plasma and liver SOD, GSH increased, MDA decreased; (4) MTF M, Hcy, folic acid, TC, LDL apoB concentration decreased five lipid ratios decreased, liver SOD, GSH increase and decrease of MDA in plasma and liver; MTF with MT, MDA decrease in plasma and liver, reduced plasma SOD, GSH in the liver increased; MTF and MF comparison, plasma and liver of MDA significantly reduced plasma GSH reduction. Conclusion: The high methionine diet elevated Hcy levels in rats can produce HHcy make HHcy blood lipid metabolism disorders, anti-oxidative capacity decreased; swimming and / or folic acid supplementation can reduce methionine diet due to HHcy rats Hcy levels, improve lipid metabolism, improve the antioxidant capacity; little difference of two interventions with individual intervention, only in combination is more effective in improving the body's folate levels.
