Abstract


The process is a long and complex systems engineering personnel training, to train high-quality composite college talent, must have high-quality teachers. Teachers as the educational philosophy of the carrier, the organizers and practitioners of the teaching process, the development of education in the fundamental. Shandong Province PE teacher quality structure, use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the actual situation of the College PE teacher quality structure system, and put forward a series of strategy to optimize the structure of PE Teacher Quality. In this paper, to understand the the PE Teachers qualities structural condition, the full implementation of the physical education teachers to nurture the next generation of high-quality, deepen the reform of school physical education has important theoretical and practical significance. Through research, the following conclusions: 1. College PE teachers framework structure, ideological and moral quality of the teachers and students generally agreed that the most important quality. Students eager to get in the ideological and moral qualities, not only knowledge, but more importantly is equal, so the students thought that the most important ideological and moral qualities of respect for the students; teachers based on considerations of loyalty to the motherland of education, the most important love for the motherland. Knowledge structure, in addition to sports training, sports injuries science, exercise physiology, sports psychology, and Sports Health Science teachers and students recognized the quality of the structure, the students believe that the teacher's teaching method is also very important. The reason is the correct method of teaching can help not only teaching, but also can help students learn more knowledge. 3. Physical and mental qualities, teachers and students of a healthy body with unanimous approval, the only body to work, pioneering and innovative spirit of understanding different. This is due to shoulder the task of teachers and students, the problems faced and the social experience different nonintelligence quality factors, although some of these factors are not important, but non-intellectual factors play a role in the structure of the entire teachers. 5, students and teachers recognize there is a clear difference in the overall quality of the structural framework. The students believe that the physical and mental qualities important than the business skills and cultural knowledge, teachers that cultural knowledge than the operational capacity and the physical and mental qualities important because teachers with students on their own quality requirements.
