Abstract


According to the "National Fitness Program"requirements, plan of fitness to teenagers and children as main implementation object. But due to a variety of reasons, China youth sports development present situation is concerned. This shows up in adolescents take part in extracurricular sports activities in the high degree. Square is the important leisure relax teenagers activity place, study teenagers participation square sports activities, for national bodybuilding outline the deeper enforcement of the growth of physical and mental health, promoting youth has very important practical significance.This paper mainly by literature data method, questionnaire, through studying the city square is engaged in sports exercise of teenagers student group, teenager’s participation in square sports activities of present situation and problems and development countermeasures in-depth understanding. This research chose hefei, capital of anhui province as an example, the surveyed hefei young students group in the square in extracurricular sports activities, taking this push this study.The main results of this study are as follows:The young students (in HeFei, for example) to square sports activities in the ratio is not high, the frequency and time square sports and insufficient strength. Most teenagers like ball games project, especially for nowadays more popular sports participation is very high. Learning is busy, lack of facilities and become affect adolescent to actively participate in square sports activities in the direct factors.Boys square sports activities participation rate was significantly higher than girls, men and women living in sports activities content choice differences. Teenagers to square sports facilities are satisfied, to the city square physical exercise atmosphere quite satisfied.City square in developing the sports culture activities at the same time, lacks special for teenagers content and activity, no junior sports association form of organization shall provide guidance and management. Sports resources effectively, fund raising and square and school, family linkage is restricted by factors such as developing youth sports activities square outstanding problems.Strengthening the construction of youth sports organizations square countermeasures including through social sports organizations established square youth sports management institutions, such as youth sports enthusiasts association and the forms and perfect the management mode of teenagers square sports, Through the square organization of sports cultural activities give youth sports guidance and assistance, carry out active participation of culture conducive to youth sports activities.Society, family and school three aspects organically can increase teen-agers to a greater extent take part in extracurricular sports feasibility of the square:social sports organizations should exert lead teenagers better from the school sports transition to the role of social sports, Schools need for students to build up the active part in extracurricular sports activities concepts. Parents should give teenagers leisure more of their time to participate in sports in the square.
