Abstract


The staff sports is an important part of our country populace sports。Volleyball as a beneficial to fitness, entertainment, education, and cultivate the spirit of team sports, has the very high value of exercise. Various forms of exercise , for soft and gas volleyball example, suitable for different people participate in exercise , our country populace extensively . Worker volleyball which launched extensively plays a more and more important role in enhancing people’s health、cultural life rich worker、employees’ physical qualities、enterprise’s cohesive force、enterprises and soft power。This paper reviews volleyball of the business unit worker the development of hubei province from after the founding。In the early 1980s and 1990s, Hubei men volleyball team formed fast and changeful, figh technique comprehensively variety of unique style which based on the level of skill and tactics in Europe, America and Asia teams, through continuous innovation . In 1985 ,1986, 1989 and 1992, hubei men volleyball team obtain the national league champions and in 1986, 1987 and 1989, hubei men volleyball team obtain national championships a lot of which been selected for the national team . Among the masses formed volleyball upsurge and 80% areas develop the volleyball .Until the 1990s, the influence of political and economic system reform, Hubei professional team volleyball appeared dissolved, school volleyball popularity weakening, teenagers for volleyball interest reducing, volleyball population severe atrophy.This paper research object is the worker volleyball of 20 enterprises and institutions in hubei province. Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematicalstatistics,Related leadership、the partial worker and relevant experts of provincial sports bureau and enterprises has been visited and surveyed.Through investigation, basic situation、activity、sports status and influence factors of business unit worker participation inhubei province volleyball movement was investigated.Find out the problems, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure in hubei province, in order to promote business unit worker volleyball better to develop .At the same time for other provinces and cities in the development of volleyball volleyball employees provide theoretical foundation, to better promote the sustainable development of volleyball movement and the implementation of the national fitness program Through the study, the conclusion:(1) Hubei worker who Participate in volleyball are primarily medium degree or above in young and middle-aged. Including educational, scientific and cultural workers, management personnel in the majority, they have the stable job, plenty of leisure time, higher health consciousness and heavy mental work by sport to relax after the desire.(2) volleyball site which Worker paly volleyball is a serious lack, outdoor hard site primarily, the exclusiveness facilities that worker participates in volleyball very susceptible to seasonal weather effects, and the limitation of facilities type, will give great volleyball activities organization to bring greater burden.(3)The worker play volleyball After work on and holiday, because the nine-to-five system, the staff do not have the time to exercise in the morning and noon.(4) Enterprises and institutions’s efficiency is volleyball movement for employees economic foundation. Worker participates in the decisive factor is volleyball activities interests and hobbies .(5) health consciousness of Hubei worker are generally improved, but external environment which worker participates in volleyball needs further improvement.(6) volleyball competition of Hubei worker which is enough times too little in every year, attend the competition is not much, of which team is not enough investment funds seriously hinder the further development of volleyball games.
