Abstract


To be effective educational resources has become the voice of the modern era. Talk about the educational inputs outputs regardless of age has been completed. With the changing times, today's market economy on the school's educational efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization proposed requirements. As a quasi-public goods vocational education but also has a prominent resource efficiency performance aspirations. Vocational education and training resources are an important part of the resources, it has to improve the quality of vocational education and school development has a very important significance. In this paper, select training resources, its management status, analyzes the existing problems and the reasons behind, and then combined with the findings and related pedagogy, economics, management theory, resource theory put forward corresponding countermeasures recommendations aimed at enhancing the level of resource management training resources that improve the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness. This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter introduces the study of the origin, meaning, purpose and design of the research program, while the existing practice teaching, training resources, training resource management related research results were combing and commentary . Chapter II combines training and resource definitions and characteristics, discusses the connotation and denotation of training resources and requirements set forth herein under the relevant basic theory, such as resource dependency theory, resource endowments theory, resource allocation theory, school social systems theory, and a brief description of its relationship with the resource management training. The third chapter is the use of literature, questionnaire, interview training in vocational schools in Shanghai resources management to investigate the situation.
