Abstract


Knowledge management is accompanied by the rise of the knowledge economy and the development of a new type of management ideas and methods . Although the university is a typical knowledge-intensive organization, but the knowledge of university resources but lack an overall and systematic management . Knowledge is the core resources of universities , colleges and universities to create value -core assets in Undergraduate Teaching in the management of the introduction of knowledge management, management philosophy is to enhance the core competitiveness of the university effective strategies . This thesis was completed under the guidance of instructors graduate innovation projects. Thesis \work to implement knowledge management difficulties, analyze the implementation of undergraduate teaching management key to knowledge management ; to improve management execution as a starting point to build knowledge-based management undergraduate teaching management system and network platform, through technical means for the college to provide macro- regulated source of information for the college , teachers and students to expand management, teaching and learning information channels , and from the campus hardware facilities , institutional reform , cultural construction and personnel training and other aspects of management 's proposal to promote the work of undergraduate teaching of knowledge management strategy , so as to enhance undergraduate teaching university administration to establish an integrated management system. Implement student-centered , teacher -centered teaching management concepts , improve teaching management execution , and to improve the core competitiveness of universities . Paper intends to explore and establish a scientific , standardized , people-oriented , suitable for the construction of undergraduate research university teaching management operating modes and mechanisms , is an innovation in the field of teaching management research .
