Abstract


The College Counselors system has been the course of several decades of development , has played an irreplaceable role in the students grow . With the development of the times , the counselor 's role and work functions has undergone profound changes , the counselor is not only an important part of the college teacher and management team should guide and student team . But found that long-term practice , counselor team building , there are many problems , the counselor 's role is unclear , and not enough on the the counselor team management efforts such as the face of these problems , the university is also actively seeking reform of the Road , through the formulation of relevant policies, improve management practices and other ways to solve the practical problems facing the development of the counselors . The management methods of the counselors have a great impact on the efficiency of the team work , to design reasonable counselors management model to help maintain the stability of the counselors also help protect college students work smoothly . The college counselor management mode , Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications instance , explore different management mode counselor status quo .
