Abstract


In the past 100 years , science has achieved a stunning success . Science has completely changed our world and our production and lifestyle , science as basic elements to build personal and social development , and promote the development of human civilization and prosperity , the consciousness of the people , it has become a the essential social mechanisms , but also an indispensable factor in modern education . Higher education as carrying the main task of disseminating innovative scientific knowledge and training of scientific and technical personnel , in the progress of science and technology as well as the process of social progress , occupies an important position and role . Therefore , the Development of Higher Education has become a major issue of the urgent need to study and explore the current in the field of educational research . In this study, the main line to the cultivation of innovative science , By combing the relationship between the Higher Education of the same socio-economic and science and technology , leads Higher education in contemporary society Transition extremely complex social environment , should be how to adapt and to promote social Development to provide reference and recommendations . Along this line of thought , the article is divided into six parts . The first part is an introduction , mainly describes the background and significance of the topic , the literature review of existing studies , basic ideas and methods of the study , a brief introduction of the overall structure of the thesis . The second part briefly introduces the concept of the Higher Education and its status and role , and a review of China 's Higher Education Development course . Historical development as a clue , a brief review of the development of Higher Education in ancient , modern and contemporary three historical stages. The third and fourth and fifth respectively, Higher education , socio-economic , as well as science and technology among the dialectical relationship . Part VI is to sort out the relationship between these three , combined with China's national conditions , proposed several suggestions for Higher education in China in the future development of China 's Higher Education Reform and Development for decision-making reference .
