Abstract


Currently, teachers in primary and secondary schools teaching Chinese facing shortage of teachers of vocational training can not meet the actual needs of the students learning Chinese complicated issues such as motivation, motivation for this study abroad field theory, motivation management theory, students' lack of motivation theories of second language learning As a research-based, the author an international school in Shanghai conduct action research and action research design, implementation and data collection in the way cases are described, for investigation of the primary and secondary school Chinese teacher motivation level of awareness and practice of management situation. The author in the process of action research are summarized in a relatively effective motivation for students to learn Chinese language and management of specific methods of operation, and analyzes the problems and solving strategies. The author of two parts questionnaire on motivational strategies for primary and secondary school Chinese teachers understand the importance of research, questionnaire (a) the specific forty motivational strategies as variables investigated 25 teachers think the most important and the less important motive policies. One of the most important motivational strategies and motivational strategies relative to the least important are: (1) to give students a positive evaluation; (2) allow students to share the responsibility for organizational learning process. Through the questionnaire (two) on the six primary and secondary school teachers of Chinese new and experienced teachers motivated to compare the practice of management. The author concluded that the engine management needs to follow six principles. This six basic principles are as follows: (1) curricular and extra-curricular resources and combining resources; (2) the implementation of incentive management is not confined to the classroom; (3) respect for the students as the core, to have cross-cultural awareness; (4) Motivation Management paper of the specific implementation, case of; (5) are not afraid of failure and frustration, I believe that students can be changed; (6) for individual differences in motivation management. In the motivation management process teachers must pay particular attention to a problem, loss and lack of motivation for those students, teachers should turn attention is recessive dominant concern in the classroom as much as possible for all students to maintain the same level of attention. If not effectively manage them motivation, these students will negatively affect other students' motivation. Chinese teaching for students in primary concern is very limited, this study attempts to fill the primary motivation for Chinese language teaching research gaps related to the field, but also through action research approach to practical aspects of innovation. Chinese language teachers for primary and secondary school classroom, new teacher training has a certain significance. In addition, primary and secondary research as a new object of study groups and also conform to the trend of the international promotion of Chinese.
