In today’s information society, with the Internet revolution brought about by the information service, the traditional library advisory services can not meet the requirements of readers. How to use information technology advisory services, the Library’s pressing problems. To solve this problem, we designed and constructed which is based on B/S’s in the pharmacy online consultation system.This paper introduces the research background and significance, an overview of the development of domestic and foreign libraries online consultation and research overview of the status quo. Explained the main contents of the system and the development of the current mainstream technologies, such as:ASP.NET, SQL2005 and AJAX and so on.For the system to be developed, the use of technology for the use case requirements analysis, design of the system framework and some of the features of the flow chart, complete database system design and modules design. Main modules include:system based module, the user management module, FAQ module, traditional Chinese medicine knowledge base module, prescription Knowledge module, Q & A knowledge base module, a message module, online answers to the module.Finally, the implementation and demonstration based on B/S’s in the pharmacy online consultation system, and some of the test system to meet the target.
