Abstract

Ecology believes that every creature in the a certain ecological environment system, the ecological environment is the basis of all life and conditions, any biological survival, development and closely associated with the system environment. Television media and biotechnology are essentially different, but the television media to exist, and to carry out a series of communication activities to realize its value, it must rely on its environment. As Professor Cui Baoguo said: \The television media is the equivalent of a full of vitality \Therefore, for the better development of the television medium, the first and most important is the understanding of television are media in which the ecological environment. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development, industrialization, greatly accelerate the pace of urbanization. Economic development to promote the rapid transformation of society, creating many new forms of employment and lifestyle, a lot of the new features of the demographic and social structure. The social reconstruction also means that the reconstruction of cultural groups, people of different occupations, educational background, hobbies different cultural groups. Some experts believe that our current cultural pattern generally includes four categories of cultural phenomenon: the main theme of culture and elite culture, popular culture, edge culture. These cultural phenomenon represents a different audience, the Chinese media into the most typical Focus era. At the same time, along with the technical innovation and the market matures, the Internet, mobile communications in the field of video industry gradually grow and develop gradually gained popularity, video-on-demand, online watch video viewing, making television the media audience shunt serious and intensified market competition and further affect the profit share of the television medium, the absolute growth in the socio-economic circumstances facing a trend to decrease the level of profitability of the television media. In addition, to promote the development of television media, the SARFT has developed a series of policy initiatives: the approach to development of the cultural industry, to expand the size of the satellite TV, cable TV digitization rectification accelerate triple play. Clearly, the development of these measures on the television played a positive role, but because of our long-term undertakings under the administrative jurisdiction of TV at the same time because of the lack of systemic TV and regulations, often piecemeal, gap measure foot \lack of long-term effectiveness and practical relevance, execution and authority is not strong enough in the development process of China's television media is restricted. This series of environmental factors have a direct impact to the development of the television media. Many scholars the theoretical study of the different levels of development of television media, has made a positive contribution in the field of the media environment. From the information collected by the author, previous research has remained mostly at the micro level, mainly discussed from the angle of the operation and management of the television program, are confined to specific operational level, little ecology point of view of the TV media environment literature reference. This article is based on laws of media ecology media ecosystem, niche law, analysis of the ecological environment of television media. Social transformation and economic development, the emergence of new media, television media and political environment, social environment, economic environment, have varying degrees of change, I start from these levels, through policy interpretation, economic and cultural ecological responses made by an overview of the background, and television media, one by one on television ecological environment parsing, carding a systematic interpretation of ecological environment of television. I further proposed based on environmental studies television media production concept, the concept of cooperation, green construction management system.
