Abstract


Recently, society and lifestyle are affected by the Internet deeply in every aspect. Dependence on Internet severity is becoming bigger and bigger, while people pay more attention to security and credibility than before. The Next Generation Internet (NGI) was born at the right moment for the purpose of complementing the existing network’s disadvantages just like unsafe, incredibility, disorder and so on. Trustworthy Internet is the trustworthy NGI which can improve the security and credibility of the new Internet, the credibility of network address and network entity is very high. NGI is the new internet based on IPv6, has infinite IP address, simple routing, convenient management, supporting multicast and streams. The problems about security and credibility in normal Internet are solved in Trustworthy Internet, and it provides safe, credible network services, in this network services, the demands for personalized、diversity、security can be got.The purpose of research on Trustworthy Internet Monitoring System is developing the infrastructure of network measurement and user end measurement system, the precise network management system would be developed based on this technology, improving the quality of service in network and ability of business load, decreasing the difficulty of management. Network measurement system existed as the infrastructure of the whole net in the Trustworthy Internet, supporting variety customers with variety network measurement service at any time.At first, the current situation of research and development about Trustworthy Internet and network performance monitoring system is presented, after referenced to the quality of service(QoS) monitoring system existing, Trustworthy QoS monitoring system is put forward, which is active network measurement and quality measurement based on practical use. Next, design scheme of every small system and realization process is presented in this paper. This system can monitor the network parameter and variety network service; take the result of statistical analysis and show out in the form of dynamic web pages. System is in test phase in laboratory; its quality is very nice and work very stability.
