Student information management is an important part of the management of the college students , it is a very delicate and complex work . Long time , most of the college student information management has been using the manual mode , the labor intensity , low efficiency , and can easily go wrong , is not easy to query , classification , summary and scientific analysis of the data information and , therefore , an urgent need for a student management information systems. In this paper, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of college student management and existing software , student management information system was designed and implemented . This paper first analyzes the development status of the system development background and campus digital management information system , using ASP, VB and SQL Server to jointly develop a college student management information system and the business needs of the college student information management and network office the demand made ??to a more detailed analysis on the realization of the principle of the various functional modules in the system and the development process . Special focus on the student enrollment management, student affairs administration , management of student dormitories , the Student Sponsorship management , career guidance , and system management module implementation process , as well as analysis of the database design of the system , given the table structure . The system interface is friendly , easy to operate ; able to do rapid retrieval , easy to find , confidentiality , low cost , and enables automated student management , to protect the safety and efficiency of student information , school student management , and management functions , and query functions , provide strong support for school statistics , analysis and decision-making .
