With the continuous deepening of the reform of higher education in China and the continuous progress of the modernization of education management, the size of the school is expanding. The gradual implementation of the credit system, the increasing scarcity of teaching resources, students increasingly heavy task management department, the university students' day-to-day network management information and networking is imperative to develop efficient web-based student management system become a pressing task. ASP.NET technology is more popular in today's dynamic network information management interactive technology, and it has to run fast, simple encoding, safe and reliable. It is because of these characteristics, the programming method of application ASP.NET technology won the support of small and medium enterprises. ASP.NET provides a number of easy-to-use controls and powerful class library, as well as a good code structure, so that the system is reasonable, short development cycle, scalability. This article make full use of the advantages of ASP.NET application development, application of key technologies in-depth study in actual network management system, network management system to develop practical applications. Liaoning Shihua University students comprehensive management surveys and studies, combined with the actual requirements of the day-to-day management of the school students, Liaoning University of Petroleum \u0026 Chemical Vocational and Technical College student management background, using Microsoft's ASP.NET technology design based B / S structure of student information network management system. The system consists of a network of student information management, organization management, system operations management, and system management section. To solve a number of key technologies in the system research and development, main: configure encryption of the database connection, the system is processing of complex business functions, menu and footer control, etc.. The commissioning of the system, will reduce the the student workload management, to enable them to extricate themselves from the complicated work. The paper describes the entire process of investigation into the preliminary design of the system from a business process, detailed design, to the implementation of the system. In the design and development, the article also combine SQL SERVER 2000 database development technology and ADO.NET technology, introduced the development of the principle of the system, the system features, design, and implementation methods. The system has been designed for use in schools. Practice has proved that the implementation of the system, and can improve the efficiency of school office.
