Student information management is an important part of the management of the college students , it is a very delicate and complex . With the development and popularization of computer network , the network of student information management has become the development trend . Student information management have long been used by hand , the labor intensity , low efficiency , and can easily go wrong , is not easy to query , classification , summary and scientific analysis of the data information , there is an urgent need of a web-based student information management systems. In this paper, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of college student management and existing software is designed and implemented a Web-based student information management system . Specific work is as follows : an analysis of the current situation of the management of the college students , demonstrated on the significance of the development of the student information management system ; analysis and Web technologies , ASP and ADO database access components ; 3 . College system on the basis of demand , given the functional diagram of the student information management system , and complete the overall design of the system ; 4 . designed and implemented a Web-based student information management system , student information entry , query , modify , update module and user permission settings . This topic using ASP.NET technology with the SQL Server database system development process .
