Abstract

Venture capital is accompanied by the generation of knowledge-based economy and development, and to promote the development of high-tech enterprises boosters. Risk investment environment system is formed by the interaction of a number of elements constitute a risk investment organic whole, a regional venture capital and financial environment determines the quality of the degree of development of the venture capital. Venture capital from the point of view of the financial environment is a new starting point. As energy province in China's Shanxi Province, the economic development of the country plays a vital role. The same time, the development of high-tech industry has been relatively slow but steady development of traditional industries. Venture capital and high-tech enterprises are interdependent and mutually reinforcing, venture capital started late, the subsequent development failed to find a breakthrough in a timely manner due to various factors, are important factors restricting the development of high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province. Structure, the article body consists of seven chapters.
