Abstract


The cause of the rapid development of highway construction , the proposed new road construction information management requirements . Scientific the effective organization highway construction , road construction information and geospatial information and build a road construction information system can improve the level of road construction and management , and to facilitate a better control of the builders of the road construction quality, progress and investment . Google Earth as a new GIS system , providing a large geographical information data related to highway construction . Currently , Google Earth has been in building digital cities and urban planning . This article in its platform development tools to delphi7.0 for design and development of a road construction information system based on Google Earth . Thesis coordinate transformation between different coordinate systems , so as to Google Earth used in the construction of highway construction provides support , investigation and analysis of construction information needs of the construction units , supervision units and construction units , the system design after design the spatial database of highway construction , and is subject to the quality of the project , the progress of the project as well as measurement and payment information highway construction attribute information database , build a road construction information system . Unified storage system highway construction attribute information and spatial geographic information related query , statistical analysis and output provide a visualization platform construction management , road builders , to further improve the management level of the road builders , the practical significance to improve the quality of the construction of the highway .
