Abstract


In this paper, based on the SAP system GRC ( governance, risk management and compliance review ) software services in functionality, security and performance requirements , and the introduction of SaaS (Software as a Service, Software as a Service ) design pattern. On this basis , joined the SAP Portal service platform, built GRC services for SAP systems architecture . The loosely coupled architecture , structural clarity , high performance, high security , low cost, completely abandoned the complex system implementation process . This design features to achieve the following sections . A Data Performance Optimization GRC functions. By implementing effective data archiving solutions , first lower utilization data from the primary database archived to lower-cost secondary storage system , and then in the master database to delete the corresponding data, and archived data to create an index-based reading procedures, saving valuable space and taking into account the database archive data access performance. (2) development of customized object quality assessment GRC functions. The introduction of a scoring algorithm from multiple dimensions of the SAP system customization development of the object scoring, statistical procedures utilization , and gives a detailed development of customized performance and security object optimization suggestions . 3 user roles GRC Access Control security function . In accordance with SOD ( separation of duties ) the principles and roles from a user perspective violations entries , for each entry gives a detailed description of non-compliance , eliminate security vulnerabilities in the system . 4 Enterprise Portal . This enterprise portal integrates business advisory services and respond to customer maintenance GRC GRC side view analysis functions. For the above functions , the paper made ??the corresponding functional testing, test results prove the feasibility of the design scheme . Upon inquiry , involving no relevant literature GRC software services similar paper design, so the work done for this system based on SAP GRC Services Research and Implementation of a certain reference value.
