Abstract


Enterprises both leading creators of social wealth is a major manufacturer of environmental pollution, China's enterprises, especially sewage and energy consumption of the industrial enterprises accounted for a large proportion of the national total. China from the early 1970s began to establish and improve environmental regulation been constrained corporate environmental behavior, companies are facing more and more pressure on the environment and implement environmental strategies to gain a competitive advantage demand is also increasing. Corporate environmental behavior is accepting the pressure of the external environment, and environmental costs, according to the characteristics of the enterprises themselves, the part or even all approved budgeted costs for businesses, and make the appropriate behavioral responses to, making the original environment by the community external negative effect of the gradual awareness for the enterprise and commitment. The purpose of this study is to fully grasp the environmental behavior of the status quo of China's enterprises, the driving factor analysis of corporate environmental behavior and impact mechanism, development and optimization of the management decisions of corporate environmental strategies provide a reference for the government environmental policy. To this end, the study based on the collection and induction of the domestic and international impact on corporate environmental behavior literature on the factors and its drive mechanism finishing, research and analysis of the theoretical basis of the drive mechanism of corporate environmental behavior, build corporate environmental behavior driven mechanism theory framework and theoretical hypotheses, and select a total of 605 enterprises in five sectors listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange as samples to carry out the survey, the empirical analysis of research data obtained through the survey, using the factor analysis method for quantitative evaluation of the corporate environmental behavior using regression analysis method and clear corporate environmental behavior affecting factors and its mechanism. Final conclusions based on empirical research to put forward suggestions to improve corporate environmental behavior. This article reads as follows: Part I: Introduction. Introduce the background and significance of the thesis topics, summarize the existing research and Commentary, an overview of the goals of the thesis, content, method and technology roadmap. Part II: the drive mechanism theoretical studies of corporate environmental behavior. To analyze some of the theoretical basis of economics, geography, management, psychology driving factors and their impact on corporate environmental behavior may cause the general enterprise geographic conditions, stakeholder pressure, the pressure of environmental regulation, the leadership environment awareness, corporate motivation, enterprise features six drive enterprises to take environmental behavior factor, proposed theoretical hypotheses driven by the corporate environmental behavior and build a theoretical framework. Part III: data acquisition and processing. Brief introduction to the object of the questionnaire, select, design, implementation, and data acquisition conditions and treatment approaches. Part IV: Assessment of corporate environmental behavior. The use of the SPSS17.0 software that factor analysis of the data, extract the principal component, the classification of corporate environmental behavior, and lists the principal component score equation to calculate value corporate environmental behavior score. The results show that China's corporate environmental behavior could be improved, and different environmental behavior of different types of enterprises, in addition to corporate environmental behavior showed regional differences. Part V: drive mechanism analysis of the environmental behavior of Chinese enterprises. Linear regression use the the SPSS17.0 software on the data, using a stepwise regression method screening significant factors affecting corporate environmental behavior, and lists the regression equation, which test the hypothesis of the theory of theoretical research part. Found that the pressure of environmental regulation is to promote corporate environmental behavior of important external pressure factors, Enterprise Location conditions, enterprise size, ownership nature and other enterprises characteristic factors and corporate environmental behavior are exist significant relationship corresponding hypothesis are obtained support, while the other factor driving corporate environmental behavior hypothesis has not been confirmed. Part VI: countermeasures to promote corporate environmental behavior. Policies and countermeasures to promote the environmental behavior of Chinese enterprises based on empirical results from the two perspectives of governments and enterprises. Part VII: Research findings and discussion. General This major research conclusion, innovation and shortcomings of this study, and look forward to future research directions.
